Friend welcome to the easy advisor, today we are going to teach or tell you about Flipkart's booking & returning the shipments/parcel so please bear some time on this page and read the guidelines properly till the end You will be able to make orders and returns 

To Book any product from Flipkart you need to have a Flipkart account, you need to login Flipkart from your mobile number with credentials id and password or it will be login via OTP after login you need to search the product in Flipkart search box, once you find your product, you can book the shipment by clicking on the product, after selecting the product you need add your address properly, remember 1 thing your pincode is very important, your pincode must be correct, if you will add a wrong / incorrect pin code the shipment will not come to your address.


Once you receive the product you must cross verify the product after its delivery if there is any issue in the product you can return the product with proper and correct reason.


Below is the returning process for your reference.

  • First of all you need to click on the menu button 3 lines on the top of flipkart app in left side



  • Now you need to click on my order from the menu list.



  • In my order you need to check and click on the product which you want to return
  • The product will show you as delivered, and a RETURN  button will be there after delivered, here you need to click on return.



  • After this a new page will open with new options REASON FOR RETURN here you need to select s proper reason of return

Please make sure you select the accurate and correct reason.

  • Now you need to click on more details where you need to select sub reason

After sub reason it will ask you about the accessories of the product, you need to give all the accessories with BRAND TAG, MRP TAG, PRIMARY BOX etc.

you need to click on the  required options mentioned below.


Now you have to click on continue. Here you need to add some comments related to returning reason etc.




  • Now you have to click on continue. A new page will open where you need to select the Refund/Replacement
Replacement means the company will pick the product and will give you another product 
Refund - The company will pick the product and will transfer the amount in your bank account or Gift Card or UPI ID. Refund will be transferred within 2 business day after product is picked

Gift Card - 

Refund will be transferred to to your gift card Wallet - This amount will never be transfer to your account by this you can only purchase the product from flipkart.

Bank Account via UPI

Refund will be transferred to your bank account via UPI


Bank Account


The refund amount will be transferred to your bank account


Please make sure you enter above details correct because the amount will be transferred to the details given by you only,

  • Now the last process of return SUBMIT  by clicking on submit your return request will be submitted to the logistic agency and a delivery person will come to collect pick the product

फ्लिपकार्ट से किसी भी उत्पाद को बुक करने के लिए आपके पास एक फ्लिपकार्ट खाता होना चाहिए, आपको अपने मोबाइल नंबर से फ्लिपकार्ट को क्रेडेंशियल आईडी और पासवर्ड के साथ लॉगिन करना होगा या यह ओटीपी के माध्यम से लॉगिन होगा लॉगिन के बाद आपको उत्पाद को फ्लिपकार्ट सर्च बॉक्स में खोजना होगा, एक बार जब आप अपना उत्पाद ढूंढें, आप उत्पाद पर क्लिक करके शिपमेंट बुक कर सकते हैं, उत्पाद का चयन करने के बाद आपको अपना पता ठीक से जोड़ना होगा, 1 बात याद रखें कि आपका पिनकोड बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है, आपका पिनकोड सही होना चाहिए, यदि आप गलत / गलत पिन जोड़ेंगे कोड शिपमेंट आपके पते पर नहीं आएगा।



एक बार जब आप उत्पाद प्राप्त कर लेते हैं तो आपको इसकी डिलीवरी के बाद उत्पाद को क्रॉस सत्यापित करना होगा यदि उत्पाद में कोई समस्या है तो आप उत्पाद को उचित और सही कारण के साथ वापस कर सकते हैं।



आपके संदर्भ के लिए वापसी की प्रक्रिया नीचे दी गई है।

सबसे पहले आपको फ्लिपकार्ट ऐप के ऊपर बाईं ओर मेनू बटन 3 लाइनों पर क्लिक करना होगा





अब आपको मेन्यू लिस्ट से माय ऑर्डर पर क्लिक करना होगा।




मेरे आदेश में आपको उस उत्पाद की जांच करने और उस पर क्लिक करने की आवश्यकता है जिसे आप वापस करना चाहते हैं
उत्पाद आपको डिलीवर के रूप में दिखाएगा, और डिलीवर होने के बाद एक रिटर्न बटन होगा, यहां आपको रिटर्न पर क्लिक करना होगा।


कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि आपने सही और सही कारण का चयन किया है।

अब आपको अधिक विवरण पर क्लिक करने की आवश्यकता है जहां आपको उप कारण का चयन करने की आवश्यकता है


उप-कारण के बाद यह आपसे उत्पाद के सामान के बारे में पूछेगा, आपको ब्रांड टैग, एमआरपी टैग, प्राथमिक बॉक्स आदि के साथ सभी सामान देने होंगे।

आपको नीचे बताए गए आवश्यक विकल्पों पर क्लिक करना होगा।



अब आपको Continue पर क्लिक करना है। यहां आपको वापसी के कारण आदि से संबंधित कुछ टिप्पणियां जोड़ने की जरूरत है।





अब आपको Continue पर क्लिक करना है। एक नया पेज खुलेगा जहां आपको रिफंड/प्रतिस्थापन का चयन करना होगा
रिप्लेसमेंट का मतलब है कि कंपनी उत्पाद को चुनेगी और आपको दूसरा उत्पाद देगी
धनवापसी - कंपनी उत्पाद चुनेगी और राशि आपके बैंक खाते या गिफ्ट कार्ड या यूपीआई आईडी में स्थानांतरित कर देगी। उत्पाद चुनने के बाद 2 व्यावसायिक दिनों के भीतर धनवापसी स्थानांतरित कर दी जाएगी

उपहार कार्ड -
रिफंड आपके गिफ्ट कार्ड वॉलेट में ट्रांसफर हो जाएगा - यह राशि कभी भी आपके अकाउंट में ट्रांसफर नहीं होगी इसके द्वारा आप केवल फ्लिपकार्ट से उत्पाद खरीद सकते हैं।

UPI . के माध्यम से बैंक खाता
धनवापसी UPI . के माध्यम से आपके बैंक खाते में स्थानांतरित कर दी जाएगी

बैंक खाता

धनवापसी राशि आपके बैंक खाते में स्थानांतरित कर दी जाएगी


कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि आपने उपरोक्त विवरण सही दर्ज किया है क्योंकि राशि केवल आपके द्वारा दिए गए विवरण में स्थानांतरित की जाएगी,

अब वापसी की अंतिम प्रक्रिया सबमिट पर क्लिक करके अपना रिटर्न अनुरोध सबमिट करें लॉजिस्टिक एजेंसी को सबमिट किया जाएगा और एक डिलीवरी व्यक्ति उत्पाद लेने के लिए आएगा
