 How to apply for SBI ATM/DEBIT Card


Hey friend here I am with the complete process of applying for NEW/Replacement/Renewal of SBI Debit Card, Please go through the complete process


We have attached below the application form as well for your reference, updated 1 and the blank 


On the very first box you have to choose your request for card New/Renewal/Replacement


New - New is for the person who just opened the account or don't have the ATM card


Renewal - This option is for the cards which are expired like the expiry date on the card is 12/2021 so the card is expired on the last day of the year 2021 so here you need to click on Renewal

Replacement - If your card is damage or not working so you can apply for replacement of the card


Name - Here you need to mention the name of your account which is mentioned on your passbook


Name As you would like on the card - Here you need to mention the name of your choice which name you want on your card I suggest to give your first name & the last name


Address:- in address column you have to mention your current address where you want the card so here you need to mention the complete address wherever you are staying In add you need to mention your house number, area name, Land mark and the most important is your PINCODE please make a not of the same you have to mention your name in a very proper way and the pincode must be accurate as your card will be delivered to you via post/courier services and the courier goes on the pincode so pincode is really very much important.

I think I don't need to say anything about the account details as usually every 1 is aware of the same, mostly we all use savings account only


Gender - you have to click on the gender male/female


Date of Birth - Here you need to mention the date of birth as mentioned on your bank passbook


Account Number - Here you need to mention the complete account number properly

Yuva Card

International Card

SBI Gold International Debit Card - 1 Vias 2- Mastercard

Here I am aware of the term & conditions governing the use of the ATM card and agree to abide by them, The bank may call me at my residence/office in connection with my ATM transections

Applicant's signature - Here you have to sign as you signed at the time of bank account opening
